layout/404: increase contrast a tad

After showing this to my wife who is a designer, I was gently reminded that not all people can see as well as I can, and that the text here could need some increased contrast.

So let's make the important text a tad easier to read, by decreasing the brightness of the console text, and adding a few dark drop-shadows to the text so the local contrast increases a bit more.
