Add report script

That compares two execution logs, and list each test with both outcome, plus a summary at the end.

Piglit is able to compare more than one run, and has a prettier format for the summary, but this is good enough as a initial step.

Also note that python is not the language I most use, so probably it is a python code with a lot of C code patterns
