This MR includes several updates in the simtech plugin:

Added port type hints for the SIM7xxx family of devices.
Added GPS support for the SIM7xxx family of devices (see #112 (closed)).
Disable CIND/CMER setup in all simtech plugin (see #144 (closed)).
Implemented proper signal quality and access technology reporting via URCs.
Added support for LTE access technology reported via +CNSMOD.
Remove unused ID_MM_SIMTECH_TAGGED tag.
