Aleksander Morgado requested to merge aleksm/ModemManager:rpmsg into master

This MR introduces a bunch of generic changes to avoid ModemManager from thinking that QMI ports come from the qmi_wwan driver and that MBIM ports come from the cdc_mbim driver.

And then, implements support for a new 'rpmsg' subsystem and a new 'qcom-soc' plugin to support Qualcomm SoCs like the MSM8916 or MSM8974, based on the work done by @Stephan already in !363 (closed)
