Support for displaying and configuring bands in MBIM mode (as it still uses AT commands and not QMI over MBIM)
Added new ENV ID_MM_TELIT_BND_EXT. This is to ensure the changes do not break other telit chips
Support for Extended bands (66, 71) in ln920
