Draft: [RFC 5G] New APIs to configure registration settings and monitor status

These new APIs allow:

  • Configuring MICO mode and checking whether MICO mode is enabled once negotiated with the network.
  • Configuring DRX cycle and checking its status once negotiated with the network.
  • Configuring the "Default Configured NSSAI" for both 3GPP and non-3GPP access types.
  • Monitoring the "Allowed NSSAI", "Configured NSSAI" and "Rejected NSSAI" as reported by the network.

Partly based on !641 (closed)

This APIs don't include yet TAI list or LADN information reporting, not sure yet if they should go here or in the Location interface.
