option: extend vendor_ids list for MDM9200 based devices

Mat requested to merge matlinuxer2/ModemManager:main into main

I found some MDM9200 based device(0x05c6:0x6000) lost support since version 1.16.0. The device has two AT ports with "option" driver, probe via the plugin of "option" could be a simple way to bring it back to support.
