plugins,telit: use Modem model to handle #BND command

Use modem model, detected from software version string, to instruct the Telit plugin how to handle #BND response for different modems.

This permits a more reliable configuration and precise discrimination if some behavior changes in newer firmware versions (see change on LM940).
