quectel: add new modem variants to port type rules

Hi Aleksander,

This commit adds new variants of Quectel modems which rely on ModemManager port type rules for fwupd updates. Quectel uses PIDs to differentiate between some of the customer projects.

List of new EM05 variants added (VID: 0x2c7c):

  • 3 new EM05-G. PIDs: 0x030c, 0x0313 and 0x0314
  • 2 new EM05-CN. PIDs: 0x0310 and 0x0312

Also adds support for new RM520 5G PCIe modem based on SDX6x: 1eac:1004
