libmbim-glib,qdu: add read version and edl switch commands

Hi Aleksander,

This MR adds two more QDU commands: read version and EDL switch.

One caveat here, these commands are not part of the QDU spec, but are used by some Quectel modems for the firmware update procedure. I marked the commands as non-spec in the description.

Would it be okay to merge this to the libmbim?
