qmicli,uim: skip warning about missing TLVs in slot status

Aleksander Morgado requested to merge aleksm/libqmi:aleksander/no-missing-tlv-warnings into master

If an optional TLV is missing, we just skip printing its contents, we don't need to write any message saying the TLV is missing.

# qmicli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 -p --uim-get-slot-status
