Add Dell Visor variant support

Related to !29 (merged), this adds the udev rules for a Dell Visor that has attributes similar to Cypress Semiconductor Corp. Lenovo Explorer but with an id of 6506 instead of 6504. Maybe the description of the rule could be changed to Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (Various), similar to in !29 (merged).
