initscript: introduce b2c.cache_device="...,fstrim=..."

Martin Roukala requested to merge fstrim_cmdline into master

This enables controling the use of fstrim, which may be problematic in some scenarios (slower boot, bricking bad SSDs, ...).

This commit also brings a change in default for fstrim from "pipeline_start" to "never".

More options will come later, as outlined in #37 (moved).
