WIP: Get a v1 ISO build out the door

Charlie Turner requested to merge chturne/simple-ci-gateway:cturner/v1 into master

The existing entrypoint wasn't working at all for me. This series gets me to a point where I can generate an ISO that fingers crossed will boot hands free at the Igalia HQ without me needing to do any telephone debugging.
