nouveau_bo: Remove NOUVEAU_GEM_TILE_NONCONTIG in domain field
This remove the NOUVEAU_GEM_TILE_NONCONTIG being set in the domain field
in nouveau_ws_bo_new_tiled.
With it set, it was making every bo NOUVEAU_GEM_DOMAIN_MAPPABLE.
