Specify that the RTX 3080 Mobile is a GA104

GA102 and GA104 are counterintuitive in that the GA102 is in the higher model number cards than the GA104. I had always thought that this was a mistake on the wiki, since I have a 3080 Mobile and there's definitely a GA104 in there, until I learned that the 3080/Mobile use different GPUs. Hopefully listing both the 3080 and 3080 Mobile makes it clearer that, yes, it is backwards from what one would expect.
