Use responsive design

Angelo Verlain Shema requested to merge vixalien/helvum:icon-button into main

This MR uses new responsive design metaphors as recently seen in GNOME. This makes the app look consistent with other GNOME apps and make it more usable on small devices like phones (Phosh and GNOME Shell):

  • The menu is hidden when there is only one entry (the about entry) and is replaced with an info (i) button. This can bee seen in apps like Clairvoyant.
  • The zoom menu is moved into the view and out of the headerbar. This can bee seen in the mockups of apps like Loupe (Image Viewer), Document Viewer and Photos
