Julian Bouzas requested to merge julian/wireplumber:monitor into master

This MR adds a WpMonitor base class that handles pipewire device creation and destruction logic. Both WpMonitorAlsa and WpMonitorBluez derived monitors are also implemented in the modules section and the modules have been changed to use them.
