libmalcontent: Drop deprecated API

Philip Withnall requested to merge drop-deprecated-api-renames into main

It’s been deprecated for a long time, and all the known users of it have ported to the new APIs for a year or two.

I don’t want to commit to API stability yet, as new features are potentially being added soon, which might change more APIs.
