Report better error

Frediano Ziglio requested to merge fziglio/vd_agent_win:mr_error_report0 into master

This patch, beside an improvement is here to show usage of spice-common code for agent

  • import spice-common
  • use it

Unfortunately the integration is a bit manual, the file is just used from spice-common. Beside that part of code is written to be Windows compatible spice-common still requiring GLib2 which is not compatible with this agent.
