Frediano Ziglio requested to merge fziglio/vd_agent_win:appveyor into master

This series add support for Visual Studio and AppVeyor.
The series add CMake project files (see commit message for reasons) and files needed for AppVeyor.
The reason for VS+AppVeyor is having some more Windows like executables (they include PDB files useful for bug reports from users for instance.

You can see results @ https://ci.appveyor.com/project/FreeTDS/vd-agent-win (I set up on an account I have so the weird name).
