Prepare for a version 1.2 release

This includes a version bump, as well as changes to the way the package works when installed at the system level that allow it to work.

After this, on rpm installation on Fedora 32, a simple x11spice --generate-password works (once you get away from Wayland :-/), as does a simple spicedummy.sh
