goodixmoc: set template_id when eroll commit and define a larger EP_IN_MAX_BUF_SIZE

swbgdx requested to merge goodixmoc into master

The template_id would be used by firmware when identification, and should be set as unique value when fingerpirnt enroll commit. Goodix MOC fingerprint solution might support 20 fingers for some customer's project. A larger EP_IN_MAX_BUF_SIZE is needed to get finger id information.
