color: change the multiplier for primaries to 1 million

Some standards require a higher resolution than 1/10000 for primaries, so the protocol needs be able to transfer sufficient resolution for all these use cases. 50.000 is the biggest used multiplier for primaries that I know of, so 1 million should be safe.
