roadmap

Initial roadmap ideas for the parsing repo. I basically collected early ideas from #1 and tried to structure them in a way to work from ECMA-48 grammar to our own ideas. The topics are still quite high level and might need more fine-graining. We can do that here or later on. Also feel free to come up with other topics or priorities.

I left out timings on purpose, imho we should not put ppl under pressure to get something to show. If anyone thinks that timings should be placed on the topics, lets discuss it below.
