Ci improve local runs, update mesa and libdrm versions, separate GLES test suites

This MR updates fixes some issues when running the CI locally on real hardware.

It also updates the mesa version to include some softpipe fixes and update libdrm to the latest, because this is what mesa needs.

On top of that the gles test suites are now run separately so they can be executed in parallel.
