Man page updates, addition of a manual describing shortcuts

Hi!

This change:

  • updates the SEE ALSO list for the Weston command man page, as it was missing e.g. weston.ini(5).
  • Adds a new man page, weston-bindings(7), which briefly lists and explains the key/mouse bindings used by the desktop-shell

Why this change? I use Weston occasionally for program testing, and only learned about half the keyboard shortcuts by reading the source code. Also, the only online documentation I could find (www.chaosreigns.com/wayland/weston/) is out of date.

This set of changes is ready to review.
