tests: Add kiosk-shell testing

Test xdg-shell apps with kiosk-shell, including transition and focus handling.

This could be a lot better, but it's Friday night and I'm signing out for the week whenever my train arrives, so I figured it would be better to push it now than to let it die on my hard drive for a(nother) few weeks.
