Move GL-renderer into sub-directory

Pekka Paalanen requested to merge pq/weston:mr/move-gl into master

The GL-renderer is moved into a sub-directory to make it stand out:

  • it builds into a plugin of its own
  • it will contain more source code files in the future

The directory naming sets the stage for adding new renderers, although none are planned at the moment.

The pixman-renderer won't be moved because it is built in to libweston core.
