libdisplay-info: Bump wrap version and dependency

Derek Foreman requested to merge derekf/weston:newer_display_info into main

We need libdisplay-info 0.2.0 for some features, but our wrapper currently builds 0.1.1, leading to some surprising errors when trying to use those features.

Bump the wrap version, and since it's a fast lib to build, bump the dependency too.
