pixman-renderer: Unref the pixman image when wl_shm_buffer is gone

This is fix attempt as prompted by the discussions in #613 (closed)

PS: This just calls the appropriate destroy handler, as a particular use case. Haven't really looked into making this similar to what we do with the dmabuf path, as suggested by @pq in #613 (closed).
