Support was added in 7cc5b25e, but some hardcoded values were missed.

BTW, https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-latest.html has 1.4 as latest version, though there's no changes documented between 1.3 and 1.4.

Some .desktop files in the wild already seem to specify (here, mistakenly IMO) Version=1.4, which desktop-file-validate fails on currently: https://github.com/jlHertel/adriconf/blob/master/flatpak/br.com.jeanhertel.adriconf.desktop
