mime types: add HTTP Archive json type

Wes requested to merge wesinator/shared-mime-info:http-archive-json into master

Adds support for HTTP Archive (HAR) files.

set mime to 'application/har+json'

use package-x-generic icon

I'm open to different suggestions for the mimetype designation or icon if there is a reason to use a different designation.
