web-export: Fix commit for the 1.4 desktop entry spec

The commit ID we used was a commit on a WIP branch which introduces a key with a name that isn't the same as what was finally merged.

Fixes "PrefersDiscreteGPU" appearing in the desktop entry spec instead of PrefersNonDefaultGPU.
