notification: Add categories for calls

Add categories for (audio or video) calls. These allow the notification server to provide more specific feedback such as haptic feedback or blinking a LED.

Instant messages and email have a category so having the same for calls like SIP, Jingle, WebRTC or plain old phone calls makes sense nowadays.
