Adding manpage for common functionality of the xdg-utils

Work in progress for now, not spellchecked yet.

TODO:

  • Document detectDE() Mechanism (Done)
  • Flesh out manpage for xdg-realpath (Good Enough).

Should I already add docs for !112 (not merged yet)?
