(two commits) remove compose sequences using the deprecated 'underbar' or deprecated Hebrew key symbols
The first patch removes the sequences that use the deprecated key symbol 'underbar' -- it is equivalent to 'underscore', and the compose sequences with this valid symbol continue to exist.
The second patch removes the sequences that use deprecated Hebrew key symbols. The compose sequences that use the valid symbols continue to exist.
