fix build when XT_GEO_TATTLER is defined

Thomas E. Dickey requested to merge dickey/libxt:_XtGeoTrace-fixes into master

That turns on a debugging feature (activated by a resource setting). Its use of <stdarg.h> was incorrect. Also fix compiler warnings in the related file.
