xorgproto 2020.1 take two

Adam Jackson requested to merge ajax/xorgproto:xorgproto-2020.1-take-two into master

Son of a biscuit. I failed to notice that the markdown conversion would need fixes to the automake build. Partly I failed to notice this because the meson build isn't handling the documentation under specs/ at all, tsk tsk.

Revert the release commit, fix that up, and re-release.
