three commits: add two correctly spelt symbol names, add a consistent one, and delete some deprecated ones

The first patch adds correctly spelled names for « and » and deprecates the misspelled ones, so that xkeyboard-config can finally use well-spelled symbol names in its layouts.

The second patch adds a name for º that is consistent with the name for ª (and does not make one think of ♂). The old name is deprecated. The future use of the new name in xkeyboard-config will more clearly indicate that º and ª are related.

The third patch removes 14 symbol names that have been deprecated since before Xorg began, because they were misspelled or too specifically named. None of these names have been used in xkeyboard-config for a long while.
