Normalize keysyms header files

Wismill requested to merge wismill/xorgproto:keysyms/format into master

Normalize keysyms header files using the new keysym header file parser.

Some commits are not yet squashed because they may be controversial. In particular, I converted tabs to spaces to harmonize padding (except for evdev keysyms). I do not want bikeshedding, so if tabs are preferable I will change the spacing. What matters is that it is harmonized.
