[v2] os: unexport ddx callbacks

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult . requested to merge metux/xserver:submit/unexport-ddx-callbacks into master

The DDX callbacks (where core/DIX calls into DDX) aren't supposed to be called by drivers directly, so unexport them.

Changes v2: * resolved conflicts * squashed the two commits together
