xwayland: unbreak build on non-Linux
Regressed by !967 (merged). Platform-specific code is behind #ifdef DMA_BUF_IOCTL_EXPORT_SYNC_FILE but not headers.
Alternatively, xserver should import bundled dma-buf.h and sync_file.h from mesa.
