(trivial) Xnest: XNGC.h: add missing includes

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult . requested to merge metux/xserver:submit/xnest-XNGC.h-fix-missing-includes into master

This header makes use of types and functions defined in gcstruct.h and privates.h. It should include them, instead of demanding it's consumers having done that before including this file.
