RFC: ci: Force build of main DDXen

Olivier Fourdan requested to merge ofourdan/xserver:ci-force-xwayland-build into master

We want to make sure Xwayland builds, so force-enable its build.

Otherwise, if any dependency is missing, the build of Xwayland will be automatically disabled and the CI will succeed.
