Draft: modesetting: apply transforms in PRIME shared pixmap updates

Second attempt to support reverse PRIME scaling, now without breaking the existing ABI. Change is also rebased on top of 1.20 branch now.

The fixes are now added into the modesetting driver only. This should help anyone who's running their desktop using modesetting and doing reverse PRIME to drive an external display using a separate graphics card.
